Tales Told by Adventurers, Families, and Fellow Story-Seekers
Every great story is best told by those who lived it. Below are words from players, parents, and groups who have stepped into my worlds — from first-time adventurers to seasoned heroes. Their stories speak better than any spell I could cast.
Richard brings a great deal of experience to the table. From the outset it’s clear to see that TTRPGS are something that he is incredibly passionate about, he knows the rules, he knows mechanics, he knows his stuff! However knowing all the mechanics is only part of the wider picture. It’s when you sit at a table/ see Richard in action that you truly get a feel for what he brings to… the table.

Rich is a fantastic Dungeon Master, I can’t say anything but amazing things about his work! Before meeting him I knew nothing about D&D, and he helped me to start from scratch. He was and continues to be patient and very engaging!
Rich has been our DM for over a year, teaching my wife and me from the very beginning. It’s been incredible. D&D felt overwhelming at first, but Rich’s passion and teaching style made it easy to learn and even easier to love. Each session is clearly well thought out and carefully planned, making the world feel alive. Every game we’ve had has been fun, balanced, and full of surprises. We couldn’t ask for a better DM!
Rich’s descriptive powers are brilliant and he injects a lot of humour into the game as well as voices where necessary that really adds to the fun and excitement of a playing session. As a DM he is fair but knowledgeable and seems to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of all the games he plays (!!!). It’s genuinely impressive. It’s also worth noting that despite my novice status, I’ve never feared making a mistake or looking stupid in any of Rich’s games as the atmosphere he creates is truly enjoyable, safe and inclusive.
